NRL WA is the state governing body for Rugby League in Western Australia. Headed by a board of three directors the NRL Western Australian has a Chief Executive Officer and eight staff working full time to ensure the strong development of Rugby League in Western Australia.
During the 70 years the Western Australian Rugby League has been established Rugby League has experienced many highs and several low points.
The Western Australian Rugby League is endeavouring to lift the profile of Rugby League with ongoing incentives that have seen numbers increase in recent times. Numerous programs and courses have been put into place to guarantee the future of Players and Officials for the safe and high level of competition that we aspire to achieve.
2019 was a year of progress and growth for the WA Rugby League with our local competition going from strength to strength.
We look forward to the further development of the game in 2020 and beyond, WA Rugby League’s board and staff are ready for a bright and progressive future.
