NRL WA are Pleased to Introduce Energy Images as the NRL WA Preferred Team Photographer for 2017.
Energy Images Commitments
- Provide all photographic resources at own expense.
- Cover own travel and accommodation expenses.
- Provide own public liability insurance for the event.
- Provide NRL WA and Clubs with current copies of WA Working with Children Cards of all Energy Images photographers and staff attending the photo session.
- Provide all required information flyers and resources to organise team photo session bookings and other team photographic requirements to NRL WA for distribution.
- Submit photo templates to NRL WA /Clubs prior to production for approval.
- Submit team photos proofs to Clubs for approval prior to printing/publishing.
- Guarantee that orders be fulfilled within 3 weeks.
- Contact NRL WA with Sponsorship amount at the conclusion of season so that Tax Invoice can be prepared.
- Ensure that all photographers and staff abide by Club and venue policies, conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times. Energy Images staff will at all times be easily identified by high-vis or company uniform.
- Ensure all photographers and staff abide by Energy Images Duty of Care and Risk Management Procedures as outlined above.
