Female Development & Academy Squads

Congratulations to all the Girls named below who will now be involved in the Inaugural All Flags Signs & Banners Junior Girls Academy & Development Squad

This is an achievement and one you have worked hard for and should be very proud of and we look forward to working closely with you and your family on and off the field in an attempt to assisting you with your sporting aspirations.

The program was designed by the NRL Elite Women’s Pathways Management and has been developed to ensure the education and development of aspirational players, coaches and performance staff in the key areas of rugby league specific Strength & conditioning, and the technical skills of tackling, and being tackled.
