This concept will allow NRL WA to further develop a more localised Representative Structure similar the NSW RL Harold Mathews & QRL Cyril Connell Competitions that will then provide a much improved and vital part of the Cash Converters West Coast Pirates pathway player and people development processes.

Teams in 2019

  • 25 Player Squads
  • 5 Staff Members
  • Northern Fusion training based at a yet to be confirmed Club within the Fusion region
  • Southern Pride training based at a yet to be confirmed Club within the Pride region
  • South West Dolphins based at a yet to be confirmed Club within the Dolphins region

Each Regional team will be announcing Trail Dates and Locations as well as Staff  Appointments in the coming weeks.

NRL WA will be working closely with the Regional Coordinators and Clubs targeting the best possible solution to support this initiative.

This Representative Competition will be the platform for the Cash Converters West Coast Pirates to select the Pirates Academy Team each year who will tour Sydney and play NRL Pathway Programs as part of the SG Ball Trials and Player Identification process.
