Michael Sims 100th First Grade game

WARL_3C_Flat PosThe First Grade clash last weekend between Willagee and Fremantle saw Michael Sims referee his 100th First grade game in WA. Michael first started refereeing at the young age of 13 in QLD. In 1994 he started refereeing juniors in WA and in 2006 he was given the opportunity to referee First Grade here in the West, he took it with both hands and hasn’t looked back. Perseverance, hard work and thorough knowledge of the game and the laws that govern it, Michael has been one of our leading Referees in the last 6 years.

Well done Michael!

Thank you from all of us here at the WA Rugby League.
