Don’t Stay On The Sideline, Convert Down-Time Into Mate-Time.

If 2020 has shown us anything, it’s the importance of supporting one another. With mental illness affecting one in two Australians, it’s never been more important to convert down-time into mate-time. It’s as simple as texting a family member before kick-off, or checking in with a mate while you do the laundry. Whatever down-time looks like for you, remember your small talk can have a big impact.
