Club representatives were on hand to accept their NRL State of Mind Awards at Sunday’s State of Origin Game II at Perth Stadium

10 WA rugby league clubs were recognised for completing the four-step NRL State of Mind program ahead of Sunday’s State of Origin Game II at Perth Stadium.

Representatives from the Albany Sea Dragons, Ellenbrook Rabbitohs, Fremantle Roosters, Joondalup Giants, Kalamunda Bulldogs, Mandurah Storm, North Beach Sea Eagles, Rockingham Sharks, South Perth Lions and Willagee Bears were on hand to collect their awards – recognising the club’s commitment to the State of Mind program which aims to give grassroots sports the tools to deal with mental health issues.

Willagee made history last year, becoming the first WA team to complete the program.
