NRL WA 2024 JSC & RISE Development Staff

NRL WA in 2024 has changed its journey for its Junior State Championships.

To take the burden off coordinators and wanting to allow all players from all clubs to have a similar experience, all coaches will deliver the RISE Development program, in conjunction with NRL WA.

ALL RISE & JSC STAFF MUST APPLY HERE – https://forms.office.com/r/xKysLzf7Pt

See below for a visual diagram on how RISE and our Junior State Championships will be hand in hand this year and moving forward, with the idea of not hindering on club commitments as well. We are also mindful of developing our coaches here in WA and using the RISE Program to do that.

RISE MALE

RISE FEMALE

The RISE Development program provides inspirational Male and Female Junior & Senior Rugby League players with an avenue to obtain specialised training and education through a holistic Rugby League development experience.

The RISE Development Program is targeted at Male players who are 13-15 years, and Female players who are 13-16 years. Both programs are linked directly with State Schoolboy and Schoolgirl Squads. Our RISE Development Program will run from March, through to April.

We are looking for Coaches, Managers, Sports Trainers and Strength & Conditioning Staff to support our Programs as we move into our 2024 Programs. Our RISE Staff will then progress through to our State Programs and assist where required.

JUNIOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE RUN AT THE CONCLUSION OF RISE Development Program for Southwest Dolphins, Southern Pride & Northern Fusion.

Please be advised, that RISE is a prerequisite for all Pathways squads, whether you are a player or coach. You must participate in the RISE programs to be considered for a position.

All Staff will be required to attend the relevant Training and Education sessions for their respective roles, on Friday 23rd Of February, 2024.
