NRL WA Junior Reps Information 2023

NRL WA is unveiling its Junior Representative programs for the beginning of 2023, and our regions are ramping up for a bigger and better year this year.

With COVID interrupting our junior representative teams in 2022, we are looking to come back stronger than ever.

Our Junior Representative Regions consist of –

  • Northern Fusion – Alkimos Tigers, Ellenbrook Rabbitohs, Joondalup Giants & North Beach Sea Eagles
  • Southern Pride – Fremantle Roosters, Kalamunda Bulldogs, South Perth Lions, Willagee Bears
  • Southwest Dolphins – Albany Sea Dragons & Greater Southern, Kwinana Titans, Mandurah Storm, Rockingham Sharks, Serpentine Jarrahdale Serpents
  • North West Reds – Broome Jets, Karratha Junior Rugby League, Kununurra Rugby League, Newman Crushers, Paraburdoo Pirates, Pannawonica Panthers, South Hedland Cougars, Tom Price Steelers, Wickham Wasps
  • Invitational School Sport Western Australia – All Schools

While the Junior Reps will only have the Fusion, Pride and Dolphins, all 5 regions will participate in the Junior State Championship weekend.

Format – Gala Day (teams will play a minimum of 2 games)

Host – South West Dolphins

Dates – 14-16 of April 2023

Format – 3-day carnival (teams will play a minimum of 3 games)

Cost Cost to participate – $25 per player

**Note – Registration and apparel details to come

Cost to participate – $180 per player (including on field kit, off field kit and tournament fees)

**Note – all players must be registered with a club in order to participate

 All coaches interested in coaching junior representative programs for the regions must be submitted for approval and then appointed by NRLWA’s Operations Manager and Lead Game Development Officer.
