Howden have an Insurance Centre on their website which contains the relevant insurance forms and information for all participants and players under the NRL WA and its associations, competitions and clubs within the state.
We would like to remind all members that insurance is not comprehensive, and it is advised that individuals are encouraged to seek out their own accident or medical insurance to be fully covered.
