With female participation at the forefront of Rugby League these days the NRL WA along with the NRL and Pathways is looking for dedicated and hardworking coaches to spearhead the latest initiative.

The aim of the RISE Program is to provide aspirational male and female players with an opportunity to enter the performance pathway and develop their Rugby League skills, physical conditioning, and socio-emotional competencies resulting in increased performance, participation and personal development.

In collaboration with the NRL RISE Pathways Manager, the RISE Female Pathways Head Coach and RISE Female Pathways S&C Head Development Coach will be remunerated positions and are an important step in the continued development of our female players.
