Fremantle stormed into the WARL grand final, after trouncing North Beach 28-0 at Charles Riley Reserve on Saturday.

The Roosters adapted to the miserable conditions from the opening kickoff.

Controlling the middle of the field, Wellington Tulilou inspired two early tries for the visitors.

As the rain began to tumble, North Beach’s hopes were also washed away.

The Roosters’ ability to create conservative attacking sets held them in good stead, building an unassailable lead by halftime.

The second half turned into a field position battle, but the Roosters were never seriously challenged.

North Beach lacked zest for the contest overall and would have been disappointed with their straight sets finals exit.

The Roosters will now face South Perth in next Saturday’s grand final at George Burnett Park.
